Mary Ann Manuel is the founder and Creative Director of MANNM.

Born in the Philippines and now based in Canada, Mary Ann is a self-taught artist, entrepreneur, and designer whose work has always been rooted in storytelling. Her journey has been shaped by resilience, faith, sacrifice, and the determination to create a better future for herself and her daughter.

Leaving her home country to start a new life in Canada was not easy. Like many immigrants, she faced uncertainty, loneliness, and the challenge of rebuilding from the ground up. Instead of allowing those experiences to define her, she transformed them into fuel for creativity and personal growth.

Through painting, Mary Ann discovered that every hardship carries a lesson and every setback can become the beginning of something meaningful. Her artwork has been exhibited internationally, reaching audiences across Canada, the United States, Europe, and beyond. Each painting reflects the belief that beauty can be found even in life's most difficult moments.
