Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays.
During new product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 2–7 business days

United States: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

MANNM is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility.
